My little Sicky!

My poor kiddos have both been sick this week now... first Ash, and now Jakey. I feel so bad for him... he can't talk and tell me how he feels but he's just so cuddly, you can tell he's not feeling well at all.

Makes for a good shoot though! ;)

Hubba, hubba HUBBY!!!

For those of you that don't know, my Teddy is participating in a weight loss competition between some guys... kind of like "The Biggest Loser". The person with the most weight loss wins a trip to Whistler!

He is doing soooooo well... I am soooo proud of him. He won't let me divulge how much he's lost so far but April 1st is the final weigh in and I'll be sure to update you all and let you know how he did!

Spring.... FINALLY!!!

We spent last Sunday with our friends,the Libermans (or "Nieberdams" as Ashleigh calls them!). It FINALLY decided to stop raining for five minutes so on came the rubber boots, and out went the kiddos... and they found WORMS... Great!

Just got my new lens that day too, so it was kind of a trial run... there's going to be a steep learning curve on that one, I can tell already!

Welcome Baby Logan!!

Little Logan Bryant Stewart came into the world on March 16th, 2007!

Our friends Andrea and Kelsey are so proud of him, you can just see it in their eyes! It's so sweet and brings back so many memories (it just seems so long ago already that Jake and Ash were that little). Anyways, he's a little darlin' alright! And his eyes are sooooo blue!

Today we went over to Maple Ridge to visit Gigi, Auntie Wendy and Jake's new little pal, Dylan! What a little cutie he is! And the eyes on this kid!!! Well, you wouldn't believe me if I told you, so I just HAD to take pictures of this little guy. Enjoy!!!

Welcome Baby Graycen!!

On January 21st, 2007 Baby Graycen Teal Robert Murphy entered the world! Congratulations to Tim, Kim and Jazlyn! He is GORGEOUS!

We had a shower for Kim last Saturday and I got to take a few shots. Too bad the lighting was so low cause the pics don't really do him justice... that is one good looking little guy. I just hate to use flash with a newborn. Maybe once I get my external flash and diffuser, I'll be more willing??

And a few more! Can't get enough of photographing these beautiful babies! When I started shooting, Ash wouldn't let me see her face long enough to snap the shot! Now, I can sometimes get her to throw out the odd pose... chocolate chips work MIRACLES! LOL

What this will be all about!

Hi! And welcome to my new blog. Seems to be the "thing" to do these days so I thought I'd give her a try! But what do you put in a blog? Well, I guess it's supposed to be the current and interesting events, thoughts, and people in your life. Right?

I've got LOTS of interesting people in my life... maybe not TOO many interesting thoughts or events lately (unless you count things like Ash's famous decorative cupcakes and Jake's new found ability to fit a whole Little People figurine inside his mouth).

So, instead of typing out all the "interesting" events, people and thoughts, I figured I'll do it a little different and just show it to you, how I see it, through my lens....
